Wollega (Nekempte)

Wollega (Nekempte) coffee grows in Western Ethiopia, and the medium-to-bold bean is mainly known for its fruity taste. It has a greenish, brownish color, with good acidity and body.

Harar

Harar coffee grows in the Eastern Highlands. The bean is medium in size, with a greenish-yellowish color.

Sidama

Sidama coffee has a medium sized bean, and is greenish-grayish in color. Sidamo washed coffee, known for its balanced taste and good flavor, is called sweet coffee.

Yirgacheffee

Yirgacheffe coffee has an intense flavor known as flora. The washed Yirgacheffe is one of the best highland grown coffees.

Limu

Limu coffee is known for its spicy flavor and attracts many roasters. It has good acidity and body and the washed Limu is one of the premium coffees.

Italian Roast

Italian roasted beans have a dark color and a shiny surface from its oils. Coffee brewed from Italian roasted beans will have very little of the natural characteristics inherent in the green bean, especially acidic notes. Flavors will range from bittersweet tones to burned or charred tastes

Light Roast

With a delicate earthy flavor tensely sweet notes and creamy finish , savor and berry-like acidity, sidamo is a truly remarkable Ethiopian coffee .

City Roast

City roast is a medium degree roast of coffee beans. Coffee brewed from beans roasted to this degree will present the full flavor present in the beans without having its characteristics masked by the roast. A city roast will tend to highlight bright, acidic notes.
